Chapter 1336
Seeing Judy heading inside, Dominic sat in his wheelchair. A while later, he retrieved a piece of note in his pocket and dialed the number on it.
"Hey, it's me."
A hoarse voice replied, "Are you home?"
"Judy has gone back. I'm at home. Where are you?"
"By the lake. Not far from you."
Dominic scanned around and saw the lake near him. He went over to the lake alone. The sound of the wheelchair rolling against the bank of the lake made the man by the lake turn around.
The man was in a black trench coat. He was covered head to toe in black. Black gloves, a black hat, and even a black facial mask, only revealing his eyes.
"Why are you still in a wheelchair?" The man sized Dominic up. "She knows. There is no need to hide anymore, right?"
Dominic held the sides of the wheelchair tightly. He was used to this.
