CHAPTER 8 (I)

What Chaos said about me kept registering in my mind, I just came home from them. I didn't even answer him and 'I bet its a yes.' From what I heard from him, there was nothing I could do if I objected.

Knowing Chaos? It's even more annoying than your grandparents.

I was busy combing my hair when suddenly my phone rang, Maria Alyana is already sleeping.

My eyes were immediately fixed on the air when the name of Chaos opened.

It's late at night when it's chaotic again.

"What is it again?" I asked, I heard him chuckled so I got up from my bed and went out on the veranda, I immediately closed the sliding door so I won't disturb Alyana from her peaceful sleep. I can see from where I stand how beautiful the sky is, a dark sky with full of stars. I would count these cases seem vague as hope to be soft for men. I wonder how big these stars are up close. Is it even possible that someone saw the stars up close? Even the moon, it really indicates how round the world is even though many say that the world is not really round.

The moon shines brighter, and is really very nice to behold. You'll feel relieved, as if you're being calmed down in the midst of your problems. How peaceful the sky is and how dark it is I feel the same way. Ever since Dad and I left, I haven"t looked at the stars. Before, I always looking at the star before I go to sleep. I always wish for the stars and I get excited when I see even one falling star.

I always had a beautiful smile before I went to bed and sleep, but at those times we were still complete. Ever since Dad left us, I no longer believed in the stars.

"Yeah if you only knew that there was so much more to that I dreamed of." Even if I don't see you, I'm sure the madman is smiling. To some people I know he is often like that. Chaos is the one I know won't give up right away, he's so persistent when it comes to the things he wants. I didn't answer and he also fell silent for a while.

"You have to be careful first, right?" Jill sarcastically said. Because I didn't say goodbye and just went straight out. I turned to him and he was looking at me. I just raised an eyebrow at him and left. As I was walking I passed a comfort room. I don"t know what went through my mind and I went in there.

I took out my foundation and the light red lipstick that Joyce had given me back then. This is the first time I will use it. I put the foundation on my face, but not too thick. I also put a blush on so that my naturally reddened cheeks are further defined and then I put on lipstick. And I don"t know but I was also able to put on my long and straight hair.

"Why am I making that idiot beautiful ?!" It"s too late for me to marealize what I"m doing. But suddenly my phone beeped. Signal that Mahangin has texted.

Chaos:

"Hey I'm going to make you beautiful ?!" I shouted, but he just shrugged his shoulders as if he wasn't satisfied with my answer. He opened the door of front seat for me.

"All right, you're not getting better." But the smirk of the fool is still there. "Get in." He pushed me to walk and get in the car but before I could get in he whispered something about it.

"You're beautiful." He whispered and closed the door to turn around and get in the driver's seat.

I've had a bad trip before and I'm really annoyed with this idiot. Earlier, someone was whistling while driving. The excitement and joy of the event was obvious on his face.

"Why don't you stop whistling!" He looked at me for a moment as if wondering but I was obviously just annoying me with a to.

"What? I'm not doing anything." He shrugged his shoulders.

"Where are you taking me ?!" Disgusted I asked him.

"In heaven!"

"What heaven are you saying ?! If you're planning to commit suicide, don't touch me!" He laughed out loud at what I said.

"What the fuck ?!" Then laugh again. Tangina

"Stop Chaos!"

"Okay okay not anymore. Because why do you think I'll hurt you in case I commit suicide? You're serious. Why do you think I want to commit suicide?" Then he look at me.

"If I want to live long with you."

Suddenly I felt the speed of my heartbeat again. Why is it like this? Should I check up? Am I sick already?

I was about to appeal when he pressed the stereo and played a song.

He whistles as if accompanying the intro of the song.

I picked up my phone on the bed side table and immediately opened my Ig.

I was about to return my phone on the table when it beeped and Chaos' name came up, I immediately looked at it.

Chaos:

Im sorry if I post your pic on my Ig, people keep thinking that it was Diana who I am with last night. I didn't complain with them because I know to myself that it will only get worse. I want to caption your name but I think you'll get mad at me. Forgive me please :(

I didn't bother to reply and took my scrubs. I grabbed a towel and went to the bathroom to take a shower and go to the hospital.

After I got dressed I took my belongings including my phone.

I immediately saw 10 missed calls and 29 messages from Chaos.

I read the latter.

I will fetch you again later ....

I didn't even bother to read his other text and reply to him. We had a conversation so I have no right to complain.

I just dialed Sherina's number to ask how it was, but she didn't answer my call so I decided to call my aunt instead and she answered right away.

"Why don't you just correct me? What do you want to show?" I crossed both of my arms infront of him.

"Bitch." I hearm him murmured. "I know what a woman like you needs. Money, how much do you want?" Napa ismid naman ako. Really?

"Can you pay someone like me just so I can stay away from your nephew?" He seemed surprised when I said nephew, Like Chaos said very few know that they are related children.

"Surprise? Your nephew is such a trustee." Then I smirked.
