Cordelia extended her hand to push Benedict away, delivering a resounding slap.
A crisp sound filled the room, freezing the atmosphere instantly.

Benedict's expression darkened ominously. He snorted coldly. "You were the one implying, and now you act reserved?"
Who was the one rushing to deliver medicine, intentionally finding excuses to touch him, and using those seductive eyes on him?
