Chapter 29 LUCAS POV I was in my office trying to fix up some documents for our morning meeting when I was interrupted by my phone ringing. I didn't bother picking up because I was in a haste to finish up so I'd go pick the kids up from school, or so I thought. But when the phone kept ringing I had no choice but to answer it.
