EMILIA’S POV
I could feel Cameron’s eyes on me as I walked past him, I felt frustrated and I really didn’t want to talk or think about it. Ever since Selene reminded me of that damn video, my mind has been going haywire. I have been thinking about the both of them together and I could not shake the images of the both of them together from my head.
I don’t know what Selene’s plan was but that video had been able to drive a wedge between Cameron and me before. And now, she had the audacity to bring it up again, like she was proud of it.
I remembered our conversation and what I actually said to her; “You really think you’re something, don’t you?” I had said, voice calm but the disdain was obvious.
Selene looked at me and smirked, then she shrugged. “Just pointing out facts, Emilia. You might be his mate, but you weren’t here when he needed someone.”
