True to his word, Kugler beat Amos up until Amos was within an inch of his life, and the guardsmen took Amos away for medical treatment.
We followed Father to the reception of the royal castle.
It didn’t surprise us that Kugler was recognized. Father was well-informed, so it was unlike he was oblivious to any information about the Western Werewolves.
