"You weren't the best sister, but you had a good heart, a radiant smile. You also loved Mercury and she was my half, I guess you loved me indirectly"she smiled and hugged Venus tightly and then she moved closer to prince Mars. "Brother, I know we aren't related but you're my brother. I didn't appreciate the good things you did for me, the time you sacrificed for I and Mercury. You are the best and you've been a wonderful Alpha in a pack, thank you" and she hugged him and was shocked to see the tears he was tearing to hold back, he held her tightly in his arms and soon released her slowly. "Mother, my sweet mother, my Queen, my Luna, I am sorry, I've been lost in sorrow, not knowing how to react and I overreacted, I apologize" she knelt in front of the crying woman, but the woman joined her, knelling together with her. "I wish I could convince you not to leave baby, I want you to stay here, I really wished you were my own, I wish you were my child, you are my miracle, I'll always love you, always. You have a place in my heart" the woman gave a weak smile in tears, then got up with Jupiter. Jupiter turned to King Desmond and buried her head in shame. "Look at me!" He commanded with a raw voice, but she didn't obey, he used his hands to lift her chin and when her eyes met his eyes, she found herself shivering, she bit her lips for composure, struggling to be strong. "Let it flow young one" he smiled weakly and that did the magic, her barriers were broken, he always had a way of destroying her walls. She let the tears fall, she had held it back for too long, she felt his arms round her and her head on his chest, this was the most comfortable and safest place she could ever be. She loved this man, she cherished this man so much. "My daddy, my hero, protector, favorite Alpha" she praised him with a weak smile."you've been the best gift to me, I'm surprised you aren't even my biological father, but you acted like one, you took the place of my father. I want to go to where I belong,I want to know my people, know their beliefs, I want to go far away from here, to where I would be welcomed, where I could do things without discrimination and assault,I just want you to understand me, I will never find happiness here but I might over there. I can defend myself like you taught me daddy. Please don't hate me for this, Mercury already does" "I understand you, but we are scared of loosing you, another family will claim you, you will never be ours again" King Desmond said worriedly "No family is claiming me, except my biological parents" she replied "I want you to be careful, there are evil people there too. The humans are no different from the wolves, they live in jealousy, envy, hatred, lies and other evil things, but there are good people out there, I want you to find them. I got you a personal bodyguard, a maid and a driver" king Desmond pointed at the Limousine and the door opened slightly revealing three cooperate people, she looked at them in surprise then turned to King Desmond with her mouth open and back at the people in the car, she stared at them intensively. "I don't need a maid please, "she pleaded still looking at the people in the car. She turned to the slender lady who was almost her size and it was obvious she was the bodyguard, she knew that because of the batch on her cloth. "Can you drive?" She asked the lady. "Yes, my princess" she answered with a light voice. "You can keep the title, I am Jupiter" she turned to the King. "I can do with just her, I don't need crowd" "It's for your good Jupiter, you don't need to stress yourself and that's why you need to have them around" "You know I love my privacy, the bodyguard is okay, she could multi-task, just pay her more please" she pleaded, and the man nodded immediately in agreement."thank you" "You should start going now" prince Mars said. "Ya, I should" she nodded and the people in the limousine stepped down and she got in, the bodyguard lady sat at the drivers seat as the driver and Jupiter claimed the other parts, her eyes moved around, observing the kingdom again, when she looked up at the balcony, her eyes met Mercury, she had been standing there but hasn't said anything. Mercury's eyes were swollen, and it was obvious she had been crying.she stood there staring back at Jupiter, her expression held nothing but anger and hate. "move the car!" She said, and the door closed automatically and soon it was rolling away from the kingdom, she was worried, how was the kingdom going to cope? She had opened the boundaries, giving the enemies free access to penetrate the wolf territory. Then an idea came into her mind, if she could break the boundaries, then there should be a way to weld them back together. "Stop!" She commanded, and it froze. "Open the door" and it worked automatically, she got down from the car and ran back to the kingdom which was few steps away, when they saw her returning they were confused. but instead of running towards them, she ran into the forest and they went after her, but she was faster, she always had that speed, it had been one of the rare things she could do. They changed into their wolf, still confused about what she was doing. She stopped in front of the broken boundary in front of the broken boundary, the wall was open, clearly giving her a view of the other side. But she wasn't there to watch, she proceeded to what she came for. she shut her eyes calmly, inhaling and exhaling softly, she could hear a light voice in her head. "Just do it, Jupiter"she heard the voice but couldn't feel anyone around, she raised her hands up, trying to feel the both ends of the wall from far and then she felt like she knew what she was doing, like she had been doing it for so long. A memory flash past her mind, she saw a woman with a baby, the woman was filled and stained with blood, she stood at the other wall of the boundary, she had shut her eye calmly and opened the boundary with both hands and walked in. Jupiter pulled the ends of the boundary together, she could feel them moving as she wanted, they obeyed her wishes opened her eyes and could see the walls moving magically, she smiled at herself and soon the walls had joined together like it was never open. She couldn't believe a human could do that, she was speechless, when she turned she met all her family in their wolf form looking at her and then she transformed to their human form, they stared at her speechlessly. "Do you believe me now?" she asked. "I still don't understand what's happening" prince Mars said with a frown. "Your parents has a lot to talk about, we need to find them" king Desmond said " I have sent some men to find your parents and once we find them, I won't hesitate to call you over" "She nodded slightly "I came to do what I thought I should do, so i don't have to be worried about your safety anymore, there would be no external enemies" she smiled and began walking away but as she walked further she met a wolf, she could easily recognize it, she had lived with it for nineteen years, it was a brown shaded gold with white stripe by both sides. "Mercury?" Jupiter called softly but the wolf didn't move, it just stood staring back at her. Jupiter bowed her head, trying to hide her pains and soon she was crying and sobbing, if there was anyone she couldn't forget, it was Mercury. "I'm sorry, I am so sorry Mercury. I know I am the black sheep of the family, but I want you to forgive me, I didn't mean anything I said at the dinning, they came out of anger, you've been the best sister......" "You're not my sister" Mercury interrupted, and Jupiter looked up to see Mercury in her human form. "You disowned me yesterday, we have nothing in common, it was just an assumption that we were sisters, a believe like you said. I don't want to have anything to do with you, I want you to erase me from your mind, erase every memory we had. That our pinky finger promises, they are all broken now. I see what you've done to the boundary, I believe you, now go and sort out your miserable life". Jupiter nodded as more tears poured down her face, she turned to the other people behind her, they were quiet, it was all her fault. She readied herself and ran past Mercury, out of the forest. "Would you ever forgive her?" Venus asked. "I wish I could" Mercury replied as the tears she had been holding back ran down her cheeks. "You can, we all did" prince Mars said and walked up to Mercury, hugging her tightly. "I always prayed for her to get a wolf, I didn't know it would never happen, that she would leave me one day, she's my twin, she's supposed to be my twin sister. Everything changed drastically, I still can't bard it, I can't take in everything and suddenly she's leaving" she lamented and sobbed on his chest, "we grew apart, would I ever get my twin sister again?" Jupiter got into the car, breathing heavily and trying to catch her breathe and her tears poured even more. "Move!" She commanded with a cracky voice and the Limousine rolled away from the forest, she lay in the car and cried her eyes out as they moved into the new world. She looked out of the window in amazement, she was rendered speechless by the outstanding skyscraper, the wonderful buildings and shops, the people on the street and most especially the children, her love for the smiling children who were playing at the playground, and the ones that were crying for candies. She laughed slightly as her eyes met a little girl chasing her dad who was riding in her bicycle. She felt she was already loving the human world, maybe that was because it was her home. But then she saw something, it stood there staring at some children, she watched someone walk through it unknowingly. it had red eyes and then she saw another. "Olivia?" She called the bodyguard as she moved to the front chair hurriedly."do you see that?" Olivia followed the trace of her finger and stared quietly. "The children?" Olivia asked. "No not the children" she answered blinking severally and pointed again." The person with black dress and red eyes". "There's nothing there my princess, I see only some bunch of kids" Olivia replied in confusion, but Jupiter was even more confused, she sat back quietly to enjoy the view, ignoring the weird creatures she saw on the road. Sooner, the Limousine parked in front of a big white mansion, the car opened automatically, and she stepped down as Olivia joined her. Who owns this? Jupiter asked curiously, and she drum her feet on the floor, with her mouth wide open in amazement. " King Desmond owns a lot of buildings and companies, including schools around here and this is one of his mansions, especially for you" Olivia explained and began moving inside the house as Jupiter trailed behind her. She bumped her head on the door and groan in pain, she looked up wondering why the house was so low. "Is it because I'm tall or this house is short?"Jupiter asked. Eighty percent of the humans are short, the werewolves are naturally tall. Only few humans are tall, basically "Olivia replied" So this apartment are rented to the humans, we can renovate that part of the house and give you a suitable door". She listened to Olivia as they moved through other rooms examining the rooms. she had a better view of Olivia who was shorter and slender, she has a perfect body, a nice attractive face, a soft face that could deceive people easily. "How long have you worked for my father?" "My parents worked for him when I was a child and I succeeded after them"she smiled. "And I never met you"? I was always here, controlling his business and going for special assignment". "Isn't that risky? I mean as a wolf?" "We can control our wolves, we have been trained. If you can't control your wolf, you'll be taken back to the kingdom. Only the rogue wolves disobey the order of the king." Olivia demonstrated slightly and moved on. "It's cute, it won't be risky for me, I don't have a wolf, "Jupiter rolled her eyes I'm not even a wolf". "I am here to protect you from rogue wolves who know you are against your father, they are around everywhere. And you don't have the ability to sense them, but I do. That's your room, " Olivia pointed to the room and they moved inside. "This is beautiful " Jupiter exclaimed with a smile." "And that's mine", Olivia said pointing at the next door, which led to her room."it's close Jupiter said". "For your safety ma'am". "How old are you? " Jupiter asked curiously as she examined the room. "Twenty my princess", Olivia answered. "And I am nineteen, just keep the titles or throw it into the bins. We can act as friends instead of a princess and the bodyguard. We can't make it obvious to the people that I'm some sort of royalty". Jupiter explained and sat on the bed "You could join me to school, it's just an indirect way of bodyguarding me. "Hmm, that wasn't in my discussion and arrangement with the king" Olivia frowned. "Don't worry about that, I'll talk to dad about it, that's if he asks "Jupiter smiled in triumphant as she knew she already won the argument. "Fine" Olivia smiled, "we should go out now". "Really, taking me out?" she asked, "to a party?" "Ha, I'm taking you to your school"Olivia laughed "why would you want to party?" "I guess I've never had an experience of what a good party looked like, I locked myself away from everyone and couldn't attend any public event to avoid discrimination". "So, you want to party now?" "Yes, it's safer here, I won't fear them complains. Would I?" "The humans are no different from the wolves" Olivia stated, "the humans finds fault in everyone" "Come on, let's just see, maybe you didn't try", Jupiter smiled and got down from the bed. They walked out of the apartment and headed for the garage. Jupiter was amazed to see different types of cars, she walked to the white one and Olivia opened the door and she got in. The car zoomed into the street, speeding on the highway. "This car is boring, don't you like having fun?" Jupiter frowned. "My work is always professional" she replied. "For now, you're going to act like this isn't work. Act like I'm your friend, your best friend. We both never or barely have experiences of what fun looks like, we should give it a try Olivia", Jupiter pleaded with a puppy face. Immediately Olivia smiled and turn the music on, increase its volume, open the top of the car, took out some drinks from the backseat and increase the speed of the car and zoomed into the highway. Jupiter laughed in amazement as she took her own bottle of drink and popped it open, she stood up and danced to the beats from the music. "Your dad is going to kill me when he finds out"Olivia shouted through the loud music as she reduced the speed of the car and left it on automatic drive, then joined Jupiter to stand. "Trust me, he won't do anything" Jupiter shouted back "aren't you having fun?" "Of course, I am" Olivia smiled as she picked a bottle of red wine and shook it violently and it popped loudly pouring its content on them as the both laughed at themselves. As they got back to the busy road, they returned to their previous positions, leaving only the music playing slowly. "Isn't the school too far from home?" Jupiter frowned. "We passed the school long while ago, just wanted to show you around". "We passed the school?" Her eyes widen. "Yap, I'll show it to you when we return. By then classes would be over and there won't be much students staring at you" Olivia explained. "Nice idea, but you should have informed me" "Sorry my princess" she apologized. "I don't need the title Olivia, please don't forget we are best friends" Jupiter pleaded to Olivia who nodded positively. "Slipped my mind, sorry Jupiter" she smiled, and Jupiter laughed. Olivia took a sharp turn and headed back to the direction they came from. They were quiet for long and Jupiter found it annoying, so she took up a topic. "Do you have siblings?" Jupiter asked. "Yes, I do" she replied bluntly "Do you mind telling me about them?" "I don't like to" "Why? Are they dead?" "No, they aren't" she answered. "So?" Jupiter became more curious and she stared at Olivia blank face. "You hate them, don't you?" "I wish I could" Olivia replied. "Same here, I wish I could hate my family" Jupiter rolled her eyes "Yours is a different experience" Olivia answered "I wish I could create a plain understanding scenario but let me tell you the reality". "Okay?" Jupiter straighten her body and Olivia exhale sharply.
