When Melissa finished speaking, she saw Lisa descending the stairs, followed by Leonard. Her husband was silent. David realized he could not deduce Lisa by common sense. "Where's Jeffrey and Michelle?" Leonard asked after taking his seat. Melissa glanced at Lisa, wiping her hands with a warm towel, and responded oddly, "Michelle went to her mother's house. Jeffrey called to say she'll be staying there temporarily." Leonard rolled his eyes at Lisa. "Incredible. Michelle has been with us for decades, and it's the first time she's gone to her mother's house out of anger." "Shouldn't I also go back to my mother's house in anger?" Lisa’s eyes were bright yet confused as she stared at Leonard. "I should be angry enough to return to my mother's house, but you took away my luggage instead."
