40. SINCERE

~ Violet ~ “Wow, this place is amazing!” Violet stretched her arms out and inhaled the ocean scent in front of her. Just as he promised, today Damon was taking her out to the beach. When he first said ‘beach’, Violet was expecting the nearby boardwalk like Atlantic City or Wildwood. But Damon was a man full of surprises. He wasn’t just taking her to the generic beaches of New Jersey.  Early in the morning today, Violet and Damon jumped into the black SUV and the driver took them to the docks. There were two other cars following them, which Violet assumed were Damon’s bodyguards since he’d never travel anywhere without his men.  After arriving at the docks, they got into this yacht and they sailed for a nearby island on the coast of New Jersey.
