Eden furrowed his brow, unable to shake off the memory of Serena's resentful and indifferent gaze in the room just now. Sylvia, seeing Eden's silence, continued, "I want to borrow some clothes from Serena, is that okay?" Hearing Sylvia's request, Eden hesitated for a moment, thinking about Serena's unpleasant attitude earlier. He wasn't sure if she would be willing to lend them, and even if she did, there was a chance she'd misconstrue something between him and Sylvia. As he pondered, Serena's voice came from beside him. "It's no problem, Sylvia, come on in!" Eden turned to look at Serena standing at the door. Serena stood there, smiling lightly at Sylvia. When Eden opened the door and saw Serena, she retreated to the bathroom, tidying herself up and smoothing out the wrinkles on her clothes. She wore a coat, so there was no sign of anything unusual. Sylvia observed Serena, unable to detect anything on her, but her face looked different from before, freshly touc
