ARIEL'S POV
I couldn't believe the words that were on the note, it now had me panicking. I didn't even know was to do anymore, like this was so crazy. I felt like I was being crushed into pieces.
Everything made sense. The explanation of the messy living room and broken glasses was now clear. And at the moment, I think I was chained to frustration. This handwriting wasn't familiar, and I had no idea who it was that did this. But this person was so going to pay when I got my hands on him. Or her, I don't know, shit!
Right here in this letter, Janice had been kidnapped, and a phone number was written here as well.
"Janice!" I brought out, looking at the stairs, but Janice didn't show up, and I drove my hands through my hair, letting out a frustrated sigh.
"Oh my gosh, this is terrible," I whispered to myself, with my heart pounding and I decided to give it another try. "Janice!"
