666: PROCESS IT
ARIEL'S POV
I followed Luke into the mansion, taking a look at everywhere. This building was better than the last one.
He led me up the staircase and down a long hallway lined with doors. Finally, he stopped in front of a door at the end of the hall.
"This is my room," he said, opening the door. "You can sleep here, and I'll take the couch in the living room."
I raised an eyebrow. "You expect me to sleep in your bed while you take the couch?"
Luke shrugged. "It's only fair. You're my guest, after all."
I rolled my eyes. "I'm sure there are plenty of other rooms in this mansion. I don't need you to play the hero."
Luke sighed, closing the door to his room. "Fine, follow me."
He led me further down the hall, opening a door to reveal a spacious guest room. A king-sized bed dominated the center of the room, which was pretty good for a good night's sleep.
