ARIEL'S POV
Okay, this was really surprising—so shocking—to find out that Harriet was the one driving the taxi. I was completely unaware that there was a woman occupying that seat. I didn't pay much attention, my bad.
But come on! What was Harriet doing in this car, and how did she know we were going to stop a taxi? Was she following us day by day, minute by minute?
Not really. However, I couldn't let all these questions burden my mind. At that moment, I knew we were not safe. No, we weren't. We all knew how noxious Harriet was, right? She was a complete psychopath, and I was staring at her, wondering if she would ever get over this.
