Chapter 80

Angels POV  I got to sleep so easily last night that I would have thought I was as going to stay that way until my alarm sounded. How wrong was I. I couldn't sleep for the life of me I was too anxious about what today was going to bring. I didn't have cold feet I was worried something would go wrong. Looking at the clock I still had an hour before my alarm was due to ring, so I turned it off and ran myself a bubble bath. Ariel was still fast asleep in the next room, so I was ever so quiet as I moved around the lounge avoiding every squeaky floorboard I could remember. Just because I was wide awake didn't mean she needed to be. As I undressed, I looked at my legs to find the burns from the wax I used had finally healed leaving my skin flawless. Ariel was right about one thing though, my skin certainly was smoother. Stepping into the bath I felt Star stir in my mind, today was a big day for the both of us yet she remained entirely calm. Goddess only knows how long I had been in the bath
