Waynes POV After contacting Elder Tom, I knew what needed to be done. Jason had sent me out to keep an eye on the surrounding area in case anyone picked up on our trail; I used this as my chance to sneak away. Shifting into Rex, we took off. We made sure to stick to the woods as we made our way to the Moonlight Pack because we had taken Angel into a heavily human-populated area. Although I was in a rush, we didn't need knowledge of our existence to get out. Rex was one of the fastest wolves in the Royal Pack, hence why I was a head tracker. I always got the job done and quickly.
