"Liana, where did you meet him?" Lyra asked, looking intently at Liana.
"In Hindale at Riverton," As she noticed the slight redness in her master's eyes, a chill ran down Liana's spine.
Could it be that she was truly beyond saving?
"Ms. Sutton, is there really no way to remove this curse mark?" Liana's voice trembled, her face drained of color.
"No, you'll be fine. You'll make it through this," Lyra replied, her words coming out a bit jumbled due to her heightened emotions.
In Liana's mind, Lyra had always been the epitome of calm and composure.
Yet now, Lyra seemed flustered and on the verge of tears.
