The group returned to the building and, as before, gathered in Madison's room. Rebecca grabbed the consecration ruby from the table and hurriedly put it around her neck. While doing so, she complained, "Maddie, you could've dealt with the ghost marriage groom just fine. Why did you have to take my consecration ruby?" She lovingly touched the ruby before tucking it into her clothing. Madison sat in a chair and glanced at her. "To prevent you from doing anything unnecessary." Rebecca didn't know how to retaliate. "Madison, what are you saying?" Callum retorted. Leaning against the back of the chair, Madison said in a calm tone, "With the consecration ruby in her possession, she's safe." "Maddie, what do you mean by that?" Rebecca's eyes instantly turned red, tears spilling down her cheeks. "Are you saying that you think I deliberately caused trouble because I had the consecration ruby? Is that what you think of me?" Madison nodded. "Yes." Rebecca fell silent once again, her sobb
