CHAPTER I -25

Lord Romeo followed Mario into the VIP lounge. A group of half-naked women were sprawled on the couch while others were lying on the carpet. Romeo caught a glimpse of another petite red-haired just like the one he nearly ran after earlier. She blinked at him and he missed his step. Can't she see what I'm wearing? Romeo thought on the assumption that the petite red-haired was flirting with him even when he was dressed as a beggar. "Watch where you are going" screamed the young man Romeo had collided with. Romeo took one more glance at the beauty before apologising. "I'm sorry." "Here!" Mario called out to him after turning around and noticing that he was yet to catch up. Romeo could tell that Mario was drunk. It was evident in the way he talked and how he staggered back to the VIP lounge to return to his spot. While following him to his isolated area of the lounge, Romeo surveyed the area and took count of Mario's men who were in the room. Three of them were standing by the door.
