“So they tag along as a vacation,” Elena said.
“Given that some of them have already sworn their allegiance to the mold, it might as well be a punishment,” Janet answered, and three of them turned around to notice the accounting team were staring at them.
“Child, is this how we taught you to talk?” Cindy asked, and Janet rolled her eyes.
“Forgive the child; her mouth is legendary for catastrophe,” Elena said, pushing Janet back to making her tents.
“You programmers do not know Janet; you will soon get used to her,” one of their students from the research team said.
“She rarely talks, but when she does...” another said and trailed off.
“It’s fine; you will get used to it. It is only for a few days, after all,” a professor said, only to pause.
“But now that I think about it, the engineering student that joined last year is still recovering from her mouth,” he seemed to mutter, but was still heard, before instructing them to continue with their task.
