KIMBERLY’S POV I sat on my desk, stretching my arms with a satisfied sigh. The designs were finally done, every stitch, every fold, I had visualised it all perfectly. The only problem? I didn’t know Xavier’s exact measurements. I tapped my fingers against the desk as the wheels of my brain began to turn. I thought of asking Adrian but I couldn’t risk him telling Xavier and ruining the surprise. My gaze lingered on the measuring tape beside my sketchbook as I thought of an idea. Xavier had once figured out the size of my ring finger while I was asleep. Maybe I should do the same. ‘But what if you get caught?’ my inner voice warned and i thought about debunking the idea. I couldn’t risk getting caught and ruining the surprise. After thinking about it over and over again and couldn’t come up with another idea, I decided to go with the first idea.
