I parked my car five blocks away from the venue. I checked my map and it showed that I was in the right place. It looked a bit sketchy. I looked around and it was empty. No sign of anyone. I hugged myself just as I started shivering out of fear. Goosebumps covered my arms and I rubbed it. My phone started ringing and I silenced it seeing it was Diane. She could text me whatever information she had. I waited for some sort of confirmation that she was here. I couldn't keep standing here alone. I made up my mind to leave. My bravery flew away at the thought of staying here a second longer. I turned my back and headed back to my car, I heard hurried footsteps behind me and I turned. I felt something heavy at the back of my head and my eyes rolled to the back of my head. I felt my body being dragged to what felt like a car.
