chapter Seventy

We exchanged goodbyes and I headed back to the house to sleep some more since I took the day off. My heart warmed knowing that I would finally be at peace when Vixen was done with Killian, although a part of me wondered if I was making the right choice. Well, the deed has been done already. There was nothing I could do about it. I got to the house and drove straight for the bed to sleep. I woke up later in the evening and the first thing I did was to check my phone for any calls.
