chapter fifty-five
I left for work early in the morning trying to avoid Killian.
The events of last night haunted me like a bad dream, I shook my head to get it out of my mind.
If I was going to focus on work then I needed to be hundred percent there mentally.
I got to the massage parlor and I ducked into my office to avoid meeting anyone.
I didn't need them asking a lot of questions, I just wanted my peace.
I tried to focus on work but I was distracted, my mind was all over the place and I was exhausted from the activities of last night.
I was done, so I decided to go home early and take a nap. I quietly left my office and the first person I met was Diana.

She took a good look at my face, "are you okay?" She asked.
I nodded, "yeah, just a little tired."
