Carson thought about his answer for a minute before shrugging. “Do I need to have a reason to hate her?” he asked. Sarah gave him a pointed look and he chuckled. “She looks like a spoiled brat and a hypocrite. It’s a combination that makes her face punchable. But she… she is a girl and I have been brought up in a family that only raises gentlemen,” he swore.
Sarah nodded in understanding. “She does have a punchable face. It’s sad that it’s against the law.”
“Society has come a far way, hasn’t it? We have to find creative ways to take out our anger.”
Sarah nodded. After a pause, she thought of making some boundaries. “I know that you don’t like her, but please don’t take my side in there. I am already at a disadvantage at this stage. Yes, there were supposed to be two candidates, and you were clearly chosen beforehand. But you stepping in will only make things worse for me.”
