CHARLES POV. As Olivia and I stood next to each other at the auction, a few meters away from Damien and Serena. I couldn’t help but feel a sense of frustration bubbling up within me. The hum of the auction room buzzed in my ears, but my focus was somewhere else. Serena’s incessant complaints had been weighing heavily on my mind, clouding my thoughts and distracting me from the task at hand. I leaned in close to Olivia who had an unreadable expression on her face, my voice low as I voiced my grievances. "Serena has been driving me up the wall lately," I confessed, my frustration evident in my tone. "I just can't believe her. She thinks she can outrun me at every point." I added. Olivia looked around the auction room, then she glanced at Serena who had been staring at us ever since we came to stand on this spot. Olivia glanced at the big hall. Olivia nodded sympathetically, her expression mirroring my own. "Perhaps we should look into soundproofing the private room
