Dante’s POV After Angelique left, I immediately wanted to bring her back and hold her in my arms all night; however, there was no way Quinn would allow that to happen. After what transpired tonight, given the opportunity, he would not hesitate to mark our mate. He wanted every male to know she belonged to us, including the piece of shit that wanted her as a vessel. After sealing the bond, the only circumstance that would break it is if another male marked and mated with her immediately after, whether that be consensual or not. The mere thought of that happening made my blood boil. No one else will ever touch our mate! Quinn snarled. Damn right! But that doesn’t mean we can just mark her, Quinn. She must be okay with it. I’m getting tired of explaining this to you. I could feel his frustration boiling inside me. Dante, she’s in danger now. Someone is actively trying to take her from us, and you don’t want to give her that extra protection? When she wears our mark, we will be more tha
