"You've summed it up quite well," he replied, his tone cold and detached.
"I see," I said, walking around the space, trying to process his words. "Look, Mikhail, I have nothing against you. Your struggles are valid, but I don't understand why it became so important. You had what you wanted, so why did you have to destroy everything?"
