"Quiet," he growled at me, then turned around.
"It's okay if you don't know where we're going, Mikhail. There's nothing wrong with admitting defeat," I said, only for him to turn around and growl in my face.
"I never admit defeat," he said. "And not now, not ever. And you will be one of my conquests. I hate to spoil things for you because, while you don't know where you are, it might be difficult for you to navigate."
"But wait," I said, digging my feet into the ground. "If you don't know where we are, it means you came here with somebody's help. Wow," I said, sizing him up and down. "That's amazing. Another traitor. As if we can't get enough of those." I rolled my eyes and said nothing as he continued to lead me around aimlessly.
"Fine," he said after about an hour of walking in circles. "You win. I'll find you again when I'm ready. When I'm at full strength, and when I do, I will take you with me," he said.
