Chapter THREE

"Leave us !",the husky voice says,they both walk out leaving me there standing,I raise my eyes and take a look at him,this is the man that told them to take me. When I lay my eyes on him I can't help but gasp. Lustrous dark brown hair, his eyebrows sloped downwards into a serious expression, his lips drawn into a hard line across his face, a prominent jaw curved gracefully and the strength of his neck showed in the twining cords of muscle that shaped his abdomen, strong arms and a firm chest. An Adonis among the other men I've seen so far in this place that pale in comparison. The tapping of his lean slender fingers on the table drew me back to his face,he had the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen, golden like honey with gray flecks,the intensity of his eyes almost made my knees give out. I'm not one to swoon over a handsome man and I'm usually indifferent but I know the blush that accompanied my face was a dead giveaway about how flustered I was in his presence. "Had enough?",he says, snapping me back to reality. "I don't know if you've been told but from now on you are my property,you father owes me $500 000, that you'll have to work to pay for", he said his voice making the hair on my skin tingle. "I don't care how much that m*therf**ker owes you but I'm in no position to pay you the money he owes,I don't give a f**k, you've kidnapped me and are holding me here against my will,let me go and I'll not report you to the police". The looks down amused,and gets up from his chair " here your father clearly stated that if he failed to pay , I'd take whatever I want that being you, you're still a minor and you turn eighteen in a month even then you still belong to me ,you clearly signed here that you'll pay back your father's debt after you turn eighteen to the last penny". " The f**k are you talking about,do you hear yourself this is not the 1872 , slavery is illegal,I know my rights",I say and look through the damn papers there is a part where I pledge to work for the debt of my father after I turn eighteen. " This is illegal, this is against the law",I say, throwing the papers at him. But he only laughs "here princess I'm the law,my word is law ,now that's it, get back to work",he says and the doors open with the head servant Astrid walking in. "Hey I'm not done here !"I yell but I'm pulled away. "Your behavior today was insolent, and I'm going to teach you a lesson". " Let go of me b*tch!",I try to yank my hand away,her fingers extend to claws that rip throw my skin,I look in horror as her teeth elongate and her eyes glow,the hair on my skin stand on end, I've never been so scared in my entire life, the dread you feel when in the presence of a predator. She dragged down the stairs through the kitchen to the back of the house,the other servants clustered around me and I was shoved into a cage with a large dog in it,no it's a wolf. "Please get me out of here!"I scream and try to reach for one of them. "You don't turn your back on a predator little girl!"Ms Astrid yells with an evil grin on her face. I can hear it growl behind me and when I turn it's a meter from me,my legs give out and I fall to my knees wishing for the ground to open and swallow me whole. I squeeze into the poles trying to be transparent so I can pass through them,the beast continues growling, it's saliva spraying all over me , it gets closer I can feel it's hot moist breath spray my face, I'm praying if there's a God out there to please save me ,the pressure is too much and a warm liquid pours in between my legs , wetting my uniform. The growling stops and all I hear is laughter around me. I open my eyes and I watch as the wolf shifts to a human ,a woman, the one that hosed me down,I can't believe Jill was right. My breath becomes shallow and I pass out.
