Sarah nodded. "I can do that. But Ava, some of these claims... they're so specific. How do we counter information that seems to come from inside the company?"
Ava and Max exchanged a look. "Leave that to us," Max said firmly. "For now, focus on damage control. Try to retain as many customers as you can. Offer incentives if you have to."
As they left Sarah's office, they were accosted by Lisa from PR. "We've got another problem," she said, her face grim. "Jackson's show is about to air a new segment. The teasers look bad."
They rushed to the conference room, where a large screen was tuned to Jackson's show. The smug face of Jackson Price filled the screen, his trademark smirk in place.
"Ladies and gentlemen," Jackson began, his voice dripping with false concern, "what you're about to see may shock you. But it's important that the truth comes to light."
