Fay kicked her shoes off as she entered the living room before plopping down on the couch and picking up the remote, restlessly flipping through channels on the TV. “Why is it that there's nothing interesting here?” She muttered in frustration as she kept flipping through the channels but no matter how much she flipped, nothing on the channels interested her.
With a frustrated sigh, she dropped the remote on the center table and laid on the couch, taking out her phone from her bag. “There should be something interesting on here,” she muttered as she scrolled through instagram.
The evening stretched its shadows across the living room, and she couldn't shake the restlessness gnawing at her. Her gaze flitted from her phone to the empty room, the silence amplifying the quiet disquiet within her.
Boredom crept in and for a moment, she found herself missing the times when Shiva was around, just for the sake of having someone to bother. With a reluctant sigh, she muttered to herself
