CHAPTER 43 HOME COMING

Jane couldn't sleep. She tossed and turned over the bed, restless with the news her aunt had delivered that evening. It wasn't any soothing to realise that she wasn't marrying the old Duke. She didn't even know the name of the man she was to be married to in a few weeks. Jane didn't want to return back home. She needed to speak to Max and explain her feelings towards him was genuine.
