Chapter 10

　　What was going on? Things were happening too fast. She was speechless. She didn't agree to any of this and she certainly didn't agree to marry him. It made her angry to think that he could just speak of something to everyone without her permission. 　　All the while, she stayed in her seat, seething. Even when the cheers echoed around her in applause. Even when the laughter faded. She felt someone nudging her. She turned her head towards Edward and saw his grin. 　　It made her confused. How could any of this make her happy when all she felt is the sickening feeling storming in the pit of her stomach? 　　"Are you alright?" Edward said as he looked at her. 　　No, she wasn't alright, she wanted to say. None of this was alright. Instead, she shook her head and stood up, keeping her head lowered, avoiding many gazes. "Excuse me," she murmured. 　　Stepping out of her seat, she walked away, dragging many suspicious gazes after me. She quickly ran upstairs and straight down the hallway. Thank God,
