Chapter 7

CHAPTER 12 • (PART 1)

"Last night e- I'm sorry I disturbed you." Trishia said when she saw us and quickly left.

I immediately walked away from Uno when I was sure Trishia was no longer around.

"Sir, I'm really sorry for what I did." I shyly said to him and bowed. I can still feel the redness on my cheeks because of the embarrassment I caused. WHY DID I DO THAT ?!

"That was unexpected. I didn't think that you were such a good kisser hahaha." Its a mockery of me. I looked away. Of course I know how to kiss. This is not my first kiss. I already kissed a guy before, not before. But why does it feel like my first kiss? I just can't explain this abnormal beating in my chest. That wasn't a big deal right?

"I won't do that again. Please don't reduce my salary." I speak again.

"Don't be an idiot. That was normal, especially for a couple." He said calmly with a smirk and left in front of me and looked for his car. And me? Here it is just gaping and still can't get over.

I was the one who suddenly kissed and then I was also the one who was surprised. Wait why should I be surprised? That's not new, is it? Hayst I don't know myself.

I followed Uno to his car when I remembered the things we and Black had bought. Nyeta was left in the restaurant! You really are a fool Jessica, even the poor dog you still had there for your stupidity!

I told him that I would go back to where we had eaten first to pick up the things we had bought earlier and Black. He teased me and my idiot allegedly got into his car.

When I arrived at the restaurant, I peeked first to find the people I was avoiding. I breathed a sigh of relief because they were no longer here. I walked over to our table earlier. I caught up with Black there who was sitting next to the ones we were shopping for. What a pity for my baby. Fortunately, their staff didn't take it.

I immediately loaded him and took the bags and left. Uno also finished paying for the food earlier so there is no problem.

Our flight home was quiet. Even Black is sleeping again. I can't look at Uno and speak. It's embarrassing because my idiots before. He didn't even ask why we were being chased earlier.

The next day my fellow helpers came here to the house. Finally someone will help me with the cleaning as well.

I'm here now in Ella's room. I was busy looking for her to meet me when Ella handed me something. I frowned because I didn't know if I would accept or what.

"Get it." He told me and brought that thing even closer. "What is this?" I asked him curiously and he took it.

"Didn't I tell you I'll give you a suman. That's my grandmother's specialty." He explained to me. Ah this is the food he told me. I reviewed it carefully. She's a bit oily then wrapped it in a banana leaf? Like that.

"How do you eat it?" It's my first time seeing it so I have no idea how to eat it.

"Seriously, are you just now eating it?" He couldn't believe his question to me. I just nodded and looked at the suman again.

He took another piece of suman and taught me how to open it. I just followed him and ate. I nodded when I tasted it. It's delicious! I wasn't fed much oily foods then because I'm on a diet but I feel like I can be fed a lot now. I should have just gone with Ella because for sure, there are many foods there that I haven't tasted yet.

"The sharap ... did you carry a lot of it?" I compliment while chewing. Ella just laughed at me and spoke. "Don't worry, you won't run out of that. I'm a lot quicker here." She smiled in response. I just smiled at him too and continued eating.

Uno is gone now because he is back in the office. Maybe this will make him kinder because maybe his daddy will preach to him again.

I went to the kitchen after I ate Ella's welcome food. I was gripped in my stomach due to overeating. No one is scolding me here so eat everything. Mommy is the only one who keeps me from eating a lot because I have to maintain my body.

While drinking the water I felt something licking my foot. I looked at it and saw Black waggling his tail. I put the glass in the sink and loaded it.

"Hello there." I shudder to greet the super cute dog. He just licked my hand. I took Black to the garden and took it down. I caught up with Manong Usman there, one of the helpers here who was cutting the plants.

"Whose puppy is that sister and I've seen before running inside the mansion?" He asked me. I first took the side hose and answered him. "That's my dog, Black." I turned on the faucet and started watering the plants.

"It's good that he was allowed to enter here. Sir Uno is still strict." Investigate it further.

"Yes, it is." I just said. He didn't know that Uno liked dogs.

After that, Manong Usman did not speak again. I was just quietly watering when suddenly my ringtone rang.

🎶I met her on a Monday evening

She was standing outside of the park and ride🎶

I turned off the water first and wiped my wet hand on the clothes and then took the cellphone from my pocket.

The caller is an unknown number so I'm not sure if it will be answered or not. I was suddenly nervous. What if they already traced my cellphone number? I gave no one else this number but Manang Rita. I'm getting paranoid urgh.

I don't know why but I still answered the caller even though I was hesitant.

"H-Hello?"

[It's me Uno. Get ready, we'll go straight to auntie when I get home.] He said on the other line. I lost all my nervousness when I found out that it was only Uno who was calling.

"Okay sir-" I didn't finish what I was going to say because the mokong lowered me immediately. Shameless really annoying! I just turned around and put my cellphone back in my pocket. I fixed the hose and took Black. I went inside the room and locked it.

"What should I wear for later? Dinner, maybe a dress? That's why." I feel like a fool talking to myself.

I rummaged through the clothes we bought yesterday. I remembered the baby pink cocktail dress so that was the first thing I looked for. I picked it up as soon as I saw it and looked in the mirror. I applied it to my body and smiled. Thing to me.

I went to Ella who was in the living room to ask her for help. It's good that he's done with what he's doing.

"Where are you going and why are you wearing that? When did you buy it? It looks expensive ah. Hey do you have a secret with me? Tell me please." He asked me one question after another. Of course, they did not know what was happening. Uno said not to let them know. I'm in favor of that. Maybe they will think something bad about me if they continue. But of course Ella is an exception. I trust him and he has been teasing me about it before.

"I'll tell you but don't be surprised." How.

"Yes. What is that and you're saying I'll be surprised?" He said while fixing my hair.

"OMG. I hope everyone becomes sir Uno's girlfriend. I hope everyone gets rich and handsome. I hope sir Uno gets them all pregnant. I hope all-"

"But even so. Luckily for you girl, you managed to get the papabels to arrive. We know you two are going to have an affair." He was thrilled to tempt me. I'm tired.

"Impossible. It's even worse than shit then you say I'll like it there? Are you okay?" I answer him with the matter of fact. The chances of us not being able to inlab with each other were even clearer in the owl's eyes.

"Shit really? Don't be OA, sir's behavior isn't that bad. You're also attracted." He inquired. I admit that I was attracted to him but it was unlikely that I would like him. I didn't type him!

"I don't know about you." I hissed as a sign of defeat. The witch just laughed at me and focused on fixing my hair. It's tiring to argue with him and I'm the one who loses.

When I finished my make -up, I was stunned in the mirror. I didn"t expect to goglow up like this. Take note, Ella only did light make up on me but it seems like the size of its impact on my soul- este my face. I"m actually really good at myself. I can jowain myself if I can.

"Oh no, you're even more beautiful. Tell me, are you really poor? You look like a rich kid when you're organized." I turned to Ella and smiled at her.

"Calm down, it's just me. Thank you. I didn't think you had such a talent." I told him. He just winked at me and we both laughed. I know how to use make up but I don't have that so I asked Ella to help. Luckily, he has the tools. Besides, Jessica doesn't know how to put on make -up.

Our laughter was cut short when my cellphone vibrated. I picked it up and looked at who was texting.

Sir Uno: You done? I'm outside, come out.

"Who is that?" Ella asked me.

"Sir Uno. He's already out." I answer him. He said he wouldn't come in because the housemates might wonder where he would go with me. It's a secret about it.

"What else are you staring at there? Gora." He was pushing me away. I quickly put on my flat shoes and went up to the show.

My colleagues even looked at me and asked where I was going. I just answered them with ‘my friend invites me to attend a party". They didn't ask any more questions and I went out.

Uno's car opened up to me when I got out. The window went down and it spat out Uno's handsome face. It was stupid while looking at me.

"Are you okay?" I wondered to question him. It looks like even the spark is in the star also struck my goddess-like face ah. He seemed to be back to reality and averted his eyes.

"H-Hop in." Ani nito. I wasn't even opened.

I got in the car and sat next to him. "By the way, your gorgeous." It complimented me before the car pulled up.
