Chapter 19

Third Person's POV

While Prim is busy educating Aziz with his lesson, they didn't notice the woman sitting not too far away from where they are. The woman is also busy taking photos of them being together.

"You're mad at Frida now" he whispered and immediately hid his cellphone when he was satisfied with the photos he took then he hurried to put the book he was reading back on the shelf.

After leaving the library, he immediately sent the photos to a woman he called Frida. Afterwards, her phone started to ring. He immediately walked away from the library and answered the call.

[What was that, Avie ?!]

The woman winced at the shout of the man on the other line. "Relax. I'm the one you're talking to, okay?" The woman frowned as she looked at the entrance to the library.

[How do I relax? Can't you see it ?! I just disappeared for a moment and he was flirting with someone else!] The annoyance and anger in the woman's voice as she said this was obvious.

"So hurry up and go in because your boyfriend might be upset when he's beautiful" Turan said the woman who still didn't take her eyes off the library door.

[Keep an eye on that bitch. I will enter now]

The woman of the massacre could no longer answer her call on the other line. He frowned and put his cellphone back in the pocket of his uniform. She waited for almost 20 minutes until she saw Prim coming out of the Library without Aziz. She waited for it to get away until she got the perfect timing to follow her.

Prim's POV

"Pucha, Harriette Primitiva Ferelle! Do you want your older brother to kill me ?!" Shocked by its pronunciation that keeps the voice from rising. I just rolled my eyes.
"You don't have to recite my whole name, dumbass" I don't want to make a promise here. It was very scratchy on his head and he was obviously against what I said. Well, I can't blame him. Who is a sensible person who wants to take care of a snake, right?

"But, Prim! What got in there in your neck and that's what you want to take care of? You're smart, remember?" Saying this is the reason why I threw a ballpoint pen at him, which he caught.

"What do you think of me stupid?"

"It looks like that" He didn't feel like saying that and was taken aback. Aba't! I held the book tightly and was about to throw it at him but he immediately raised both his hands. "Hey! Just kidding, put that down so it doesn't hit my handsome face. Many women will cry" He said and winked so I was even more annoyed so I got up from my seat and patted his forehead. I don"t know where he gets his arrogance from.

"Aray!" This was so loud that the librarian and the other students looked at us. We apologize. It"s hard to let us out in no time. "Tsk. You're really sadistic. So you're not getting boyfr--" He stopped speaking when he saw that I was no longer happy. He knows when to stop when I was mad.

"All right, go ahead, I won't really help you anymore" I said coldly and put the book down on the table. He sat up and became serious.

"Prim, you have to take care of someone else. You can take care of rabbits, hamsters, birds, or cockroaches as long as you don't have snakes"

"Did you really suggest, cockroach? You're good too, aren't you?" I sarcastically promised and turned my gaze to the book.

"Prim, have mercy on me. I can't buy that thing. You know ---"

"Are you afraid of snakes?" I interrupted what he was saying and I saw it look away. I laughed silently so its eyebrows met. "Really scared of snakes? He also has a snake" I whispered to myself causing him to frown. I know he didn't hear it and I have no intention of letting him know.

"What?" He said rudely so I shook my head. The truth is that I'm really just kidding him. Actually, I really want to take care of something else.

"I didn't say anything. Don't be a snake. I change my mind" I said and took a deep breath. It's hard to really laugh without a voice. Shortness of breath and chest pain. I saw that he breathed a sigh of relief at what I said. "I want a turtle. I don't care if it's just an ordinary one the important thing is its size" Saad ko na ikinabagsak ng balikat nito.

"Seriously, Prim?" He spoke as if he was saying that was the strangest thing I had ever said. I just raised an eyebrow at it.

"Of course. I'm giving you an option, aren't I? If you don't want to eat, it's just the snake?" I promised and continued writing on the paper. I heard her sigh. Tss.

"Fine!" It annoyed me after a while causing me to smile. I still really have the last laugh.

I looked at the wall clock here in the library and noticed it was 7:25 am. I need to teach this gorilla. I immediately started teaching it. I still had a hard time explaining the lesson to him but eventually he understood. I don't know if he's just lazy to understand the lesson or it's just really hard to get them into his neck.

When I finished teaching him I looked at the wall clock again. It's 7:55 am. I put away all my belongings and so did he. "I've shown you everything I know, Aziz. When you fall, I'll really hit you" I said and closed my bag.

"Because I'm handsome? I won't fall" He said proudly and laughed out loud so the librarian visited him again. Good morning, your wind.

"Tss. No matter how handsome you are, if you're careless in your studies, it doesn't matter" I blocked him, causing him to approach me and pat my forehead. I looked at him and immediately walked away from him.

I left him and I immediately left the library. As I made my way to my classroom I noticed that someone seemed to be following me. I looked at it but there was nothing. I was just shaken. Maybe I'm just imagining it.

I just ignored that feeling and went inside the class. Fortunately, our instructor is not here yet. By any chance I will be fascinated. She's the most terror among our subject instructors. No one can surpass her supremacy when its about teaching and school's rules and regulations. All the students here in our department are afraid of him and there is no excuse to sell to that teacher. Even though she's like that we still respect her since she's one of the most hardworking and talented teacher here in this school. If it weren't for him, some of my classmates wouldn't have been identified. As I headed to my seat I noticed some of my female classmates looking at their cellphones. They murmur and look at me from time to time which makes me wonder. I just didn't pay attention to that when our teacher came. ----------- Break time So, as usual I headed to the school's cafeteria. I decided to take the spot near the entrance. A waiter came so I said my order. While waiting for my order, I decided to browse some files on my phone. I have to check my PowerPoint presentation later. "Where is she, Avie?" I heard a woman ask. It was a bit vibrant so I looked at it. A petite girl was standing at the cafeteria's entrance and I can see that she's mad on something or someone rather? I just returned my eyes to my cellphone. I stopped from what I'm doing when a group of people approached me. I looked at them. She's that girl. I was surprised when it said my name. "Hey, Primitive!" I think they are our Seniors. I don't know if where did she get my name. "Yes?" Clueless I promise. "You bastard! Why are you flirting with my boyfriend ?!" Suddenly it promised and slapped me. I could not immediately react to what he did. What the?!. What is she talking about? All the students here in the cafeteria looked at our behavior. I really hate this. I really hate attentions. How did she accused me for something that I'd never done? "Don't accuse me, Miss. I don't know what you're talking about" I promised and put away my belongings. I'd better just leave here. I don't have time for this matter. I was about to leave when his companions blocked me so that I could not leave. "Ha!" She scoffed. "What's wrong ?! Isn't that you ?!" I heard the ringing bell coming from the entrance of this cafeteria. It means someone is coming and passing it in our place since we are close to the pathway. I turned around and saw there a man coming in with two companions. Bahala na. When it passed our place, I immediately grabbed its arm to everyone's surprise. I don't know if it's only me but I saw them all turn pale in front of me. Everyone got silent and only I could hear is their gasps. [Continuation] "He's my boyfriend" I said causing them to almost drop their jaws. I can feel that the guy suddenly stiffened. I looked up at it and gave it a follow-you-just-look. I just ignored these burning eyes that anytime I will be able to live here. "S-Are you sure?" I couldn't believe the language of the woman in front of me who was the girlfriend of my gorilla cousin. I took it. I wondered when she immediately fix the photos on my table and leave without saying anything. When they left, I let go of the arm of the man I was holding and I was blown away by the wind. Tsk. I really hate this stuff. The heavy atmosphere around me still makes me look at my fellow students. They started whispering which frowned at me. What's going on? I turned my gaze to the man who was still here until now and his eyebrows were almost glued together because it was so close. His face is familiar. Where have I seen it? I stared at his face intently and I almost ran out of blood when I recognized who he was. Why didn"t I immediately face it earlier? Shit! O-Okay. It seems like I'm in big trouble. "S-Sorry" That's all I said and I quickly put away my stuff. Shit! Shit! Primitive! You fool! I was about to leave when it touched my arm. It was so tight that I winced. The school's SSC President and not just like that, he is also a member of Basketball Varsity team. A Hearthrob of this school, a man of archery and a rumored boyfriend of Maddox Beatrice Cladéron. I looked around and thanked him because no student was passing by here if it wasn't another scandal. When I recovered I pushed it but it didn't move. "What the hell are you doing ?!" I asked him annoyed, trying to fight the fear and the feeling I was feeling. An evil smirk slowly formed on his red luscious li-Oh come on! Stop it, Primitiva! "Is that so? After you put my name on something worthless, will you just apologize? That's not fair, lady" He whispered close to me. I can feel his warm minty breath on my face. I suddenly feel a weird thing in my tummy. I averted my eyes from him. H "Then, what do you want me to do? If you want me to withdraw my statement earlier then I'll do it even in front of our schoolmate to clear your name. Just to make it fair with you" I decided and pushed him again but he didn't really move. Someone save me from this guy! "No" He said and touched my chin and lifted it so that I could stare into his eyes again. His eyes seemed to be persecuted as well as my persona. "I want you to take responsibility for it. You started this game, so I'll play with it" He said and touched my lip which made me grin as I felt pain. I looked at his thumb where there was a little blood. I wish I could talk more this away from me. "You're mine now, lady" He added before leaving me staring here in a corner. M-Mine? What the hell is he saying ?! Immediately ?!

Prim's POV

I fell down on the sofa and stared blankly at the center table. I also just stared and stared at the flower vase for about a minute while what happened earlier kept coming back to me. I'm sure everyone knows about it and that definitely got to Maddox. How am I supposed to go to school tomorrow?

Annoyed I pulled myself together and took the cellphone out of my bag. No one should be blame for this but that moron! I immediately searched the contacts for his number and quickly called. It takes three rings until he answered it.

[Wow, when did you get called? Do you miss my handsome face right away?] He said this and then his annoying laugh made me even more annoyed.

"Don't tell me your ugliness! I'll go to your house and talk to you!" I shouted, which must have been blown away by his circumcision. I don"t know why I have a cousin like this. There was nothing to do but visit me.

[Aray ko naman! Need to shout? Tss. What are we going to talk about?]

"Let's talk about it later" I said as I took the bag off the sofa to take to my room.

[By the way, I heard earlier at school, do you seem to have a boyfriend? Primitiva, Isn't your older brother telling us something?]

I just rubbed my forehead at what he said. Did I mention the speed really spread the news. "Shut up! That's what we should talk about. I'm going to be there!" I said angrily and the call killed it. I immediately entered the room and hurried to put on a denim shorts and whte loose shirt. I tied my hair into a messy bun and wear my white sneakers.

Since we're on the same subdivision I decided to walk from our house to his. Actually, it's not that close, it's not that far either, but I don't want to waste gas just to get in there. Tss. Better get ready, Aziz. I will really hit you when we meet.

When I arrived at his house I immediately rang the door bell. A maid came out and opened the door for me. "Good afternoon, Miss Harriette" He greeted me so I smiled and greeted him as well.

"Is it Aziz?"

"Ah nandon po sa kwarto niya, Miss" She said and locked the gate after I got inside. I thanked before heading straight inside the house. They already know me here since Kuya and I always hang out here on weekends when we are not busy.

Actually, Aziz house is as big as what we have. The front yard is spacious and has a fountain in the middle. Their garden is also surrounded by flowers and trees since his Mom is a nature lover. When I reached the second floor of the house I went to its room and knocked on the door.

"It's me, Aziz" I said calmly which caused me to be quiet inside. I heard a weird sounds coming from inside as if fixing something and everything? What's that? I knocked on the door again.

"Wait a minute, man! In a hurry?" He said it sarcastically so I was fired. I heard him cursed before opening the door. "What are you --- Aaaaraayy! Hey why did you hit me!" I didn't flake any more and my hand immediately landed on his mound. He looked at me in shock while holding the part of his head that I hit.

"If it weren't for your nonsense, I wouldn't be damned! You bastard!" I was annoyed and promised to hit him again but he immediately closed the door.

"Hey, Aziz! Open this f*cking door! Let's talk more!" I shouted and slammed the door.

"No! I might even get mad at you!" It shouted back causing the wind to blow me away and squeeze my penis.

"Will you open or will I break down your door? One!" I promise. I heard its footsteps approaching the door. The door knob moved and its eye peeked through the small opening in the door.

"Tss. Stop yelling. Amazon is already scandalous" It's a weak promise that I heard again. I stared at it so it signed peace. "Just a joke, once. What are we going to talk about?" He asked, obviously not wanting to let me into his room. I pushed open the door and immediately went inside. I was greeted by his messy room. His bed is a mess. What can I expect from him? Tss.

"Your favor to me. If I hadn't agreed in your favor I wouldn't have been in trouble"

I wish I had just stayed home rather than come here. It seems like my problem only got worse.

I sat beside him and started to tell the whole story about what happened this morning. I can't even describe how I got through that woman. After I told the story I noticed that his face was serious. It was silent for a long time and seemed to be deep in thought. I called him twice but he's not responding. I even wave my hand in front of his face but as if his soul teleported somewhere else.

"Hey!" I slapped him hard in the face causing his eyes to widen and I touched his cheek.

"B-Why did you slap me ?!" He asked in shock.

"You've been puzzled there before! What have you traveled all over the world for?"

"Come home" I didn't want to promise. When I looked at the screen of my cellphone it rang. 90+ notifications ?! What the?

I hurried to open my cellphone and I was almost shocked to see my notifications on the school site plus my messages that probably reached 30+ ?! What's up? I started opening the latest notification and it was a comment on a video. "Seriously, his courage. Isn't he ashamed?" I read in a comment. My chest throbbed and I didn't seem to be able to open the video. I knew it! I knew it would happen but now that I"m here I can"t seem to accept it.

"Oh? Insan. Ano 'to? There's a new viral video in our school's site" Aziz started to open his phone so I started to panicked.

"Boyfriend? If you're telling the truth, show us what you're saying boyfriend" A familiar conversation started to fill my ears.

"He's my boyfriend" And that's the time where I almost drop my phone.

"Harriette ...." I heard Aziz call me so I looked at him. I tried to compose myself but my hands are trembling. I know that he's serious right now. I know because when he calls me by my first name, he must be serious or angry.

I didn't tell him the last part that I just had more than anyone and I said boyfriend. I just told him about that girl who slapped me and I told that girl that I am just his tutor.

"I don't h-have a choice" I said and was blown away by the wind. He was still looking at me seriously and I could see his eyebrow meeting. "It's really your fault. If you didn't ask me about that favor, I hope there's no problem. I wouldn't have been slapped and I wouldn't have been put in that situation either. Tsk. What does it look like to be faced? I'm tomorrow at school? I'm sure everyone saw it "I annoyed my language and sat down on the sofa again.

I heard him heave a deep sigh. "I hope you didn't do that, Harriette" This serious promise made me frown.

"I tried it, Aziz but your GIRLFRIEND is insisting that you hook me up" I said seriously and washed my palm on my face.

"Eh, what do I do now?" I really can"t think of a solution to my problem. Maybe, I should tell everyone about it online and post it too to our school's site? Will it solve this problem or maybe make it worse? Haist!

"J-ust ... just .. F*ck!" I heard him curse so I immediately threw the pillow in his face which he avoided. "It will subside soon, Harriette. As long as you will avoid that jerk" I don't know if it was me or the last thing he said seemed to have an emphasis.

"Avoid? How am I supposed to do that, Aziz? You know what at school right? Everyone praises and admires him like he is the most valuable person in our school. I'm sure a lot of people are angry with me now. Tss. You knew what I did. Mean "

He washed the palms of his face. Kuya also came to my mind. I hope the news doesn't reach him. I'm sure he will surely get mad about me. The two of us have been silent for a long time. I just turned off my cellphone. I'm sure my quiet life will be chaotic starting tomorrow. How do I get into its school? I turned to Aziz who was deep in thought. I threw a pillow at him again and because he didn't notice, his face was covered.

"You owe me big time, Aziz" I seriously promised that he was scratching his head. "Annoying!" I complained and sprang to my feet.

"Harriette" It calls so I look at her. "I'm sorry, okay? And whenever something bad came up call me. Don't even come near Rockford" He said seriously and stood up as well. I know that he's serious this time.

"Why would I come don? Tss. You know how I wanted to have a peaceful life, Aziz" I also spoke seriously and was blown away by the wind. I looked at my wrist watch and it was almost six as well. I need to go home before Kuya goes home.

It didn't speak and was obviously problematic as well. "Don't mention this to Kuya" I said and walked to the door.

"I really can't" I heard his promise that I just ignored.

"I'm leaving" I said goodbye and he nodded.

I was sluggish walking home because I didn"t know how I was going to get in tomorrow. It's not because I can't go in because I have a lot to do plus Kuya will be surprised. The wind blew me away and I looked up at the sky. The sky is crimson red, the stars almost visible to my eye. Pretty dark as well.

I saw a car in the distance and I was a little dazzled by its light so I closed my eyes tightly and headed. When it passed by me, it blew its horn and almost hit me again. I almost jumped in panic because of what that frantic driver did. The size of the road here is still really on the side I passed. He doesn't drive that fast but when I'm really hit I'm not sure I'll break a bone.

I immediately turned around and before it was too far I picked up a rock and threw stones at his car. My eyes widened when I hit its side mirror causing it to suddenly stop. I could not immediately move from where I was standing when it suddenly retreated back to my seat and stopped in front of me. Even before it opened the door I backed away.

Oh my God! When I marealize what I did I quickly ran away. I heard the door of his car open and its footsteps chasing me. Shit! Primitive! I think you're crazy! Why are you stoned! I rebuke myself. But I countered it again. It also matters to him whoever he is. He/She almost hit me.

"Kyaaahhh !!!" A strong arm embrace my waist and stop me from running. I punched his arm but it just seemed like nothing to him.

"Fuck! Stop it!" A familiar voice I heard caused me to stop losing. It loosened its grip on me so I quickly walked over to him and looked at him.
