Caleb was still smiling as Fido left the office, his heart lightened by their conversation about Maya's wedding plans. He turned to Juliet, about to resume their conversation, when his phone rang. The caller ID showed it was one of the board members, and Caleb frowned slightly, wondering what could be urgent enough to interrupt this moment. He answered the call, trying to maintain his smile. "Hello?" The board member's voice was firm and urgent. "Caleb, we need to have a board meeting right now. It's urgent." Caleb raised an eyebrow, slightly annoyed. "A board meeting? Can't you see I'm in the middle of something important with my beloved?" he joked lightly, glancing at Juliet. The board member's expression didn't change. "This meeting is serious, Caleb. It can't wait." Caleb stood up, his smile fading. "Why are you speaking to the CEO in that manner?" he asked, his tone becoming more serious. The board member looked at him sternly. "I am one of the people who will vote to impeac
