CHAPTER 1 THE MONSTER IN MY BED
"Ahhhh!!" Juliet's scream pierced the silence of the dimly lit room as agony tore through her, jolting her awake.
Her eyes shot open, meeting the gaze of the man looming over her.
The man, his brow furrowed with a hint of surprise, paused mid-motion, his gravelly voice cutting through the tension. "You look stunning, as always. And damn, I'm loving this."
She shot him a fiery glare, her narrowed eyes betraying her confusion and rage. In that moment, her mind buzzed with a whirlwind of questions, but the intense sensations flooding her body made it impossible to focus.
Juliet gasped as his throbbing manhood relentlessly pushed against her, the pressure sending shockwaves of pleasure and pain through her core.
"Stop! Caleb, stop!" she cried, pushing him away as he fell back onto the bed, his gaze fixed on her.
Caleb's smirk faltered at her rejection. "What? You... you don't like it?"
"Stay away from me, Caleb! Get the hell away!" Juliet's voice trembled with anger and fear.
Caleb's slow approach only fueled Juliet's panic. "I know you want it," he taunted, his smirk returning as he inched closer.
"You bastard!" Juliet's scream echoed in the room, her shock and fury palpable.
Never in her wildest dreams had Juliet imagined losing her virginity like this. The betrayal cut deep, especially coming from Caleb, her fiancé's brother.
"How could you do this, Caleb? How could you do this to me?" Juliet recoiled, her hands clutching the sheets as tears streamed down her face.
Caleb's grin widened, his eyes narrowing with predatory intent. "Don't pretend you don't want it," he hissed, advancing with a predatory gleam in his eyes.
"How could you, Caleb? Today is my anniversary with Daniel. Don't you care about your own brother?" Juliet's voice cracked with anguish, her heart sinking with each passing moment.
"My family will never forgive me," Juliet whispered, her voice barely audible over the rush of emotions coursing through her.
You bastard!" Juliet screamed her lungs out as she was completely astonished and furious.
She had always dreamed of having sex and giving her body to the love of her life after marriage as her family held strict views on marriage, forbidding any intimacy before marriage.
Caleb's laughter filled the room, a chilling sound that sent shivers down Juliet's spine. "Your family doesn't matter. All that matters is us, Juliet."
Juliet's resolve hardened, her fear giving way to defiance. "I'll never forgive you, Caleb. Never."
Caleb's expression darkened, his grip tightening as he loomed over her. "You don't have a choice, Juliet. You're mine now."
But Juliet refused to back down, her spirit unbroken despite the turmoil raging within her. "I belong to no one but myself," she declared, her voice ringing with newfound strength.
Juliet's chest heaved with anger and desperation as she glared at Caleb, who smirked in response, his eyes gleaming with a disturbing mix of desire and indifference.
"You think you can just take what you want? Huh?" Juliet's voice trembled with righteous fury, her fists clenched in defiance.
Caleb's smirk widened, his gaze roaming over her with predatory hunger. "Why not? You're here, aren't you? And you're not exactly fighting me off."
Juliet's jaw tightened, her resolve hardening as she refused to let Caleb's words break her. "You have no idea what you've done. I've spent years trying to honor my family and my body, and you've destroyed it all in one moment."
Caleb shrugged, his indifference cutting through Juliet like a knife. "So what? Your family's rules don't mean anything to me. And neither should they."
Juliet's eyes blazed with indignation, her voice cracking with emotion. "You don't understand. Daniel has always wanted to be intimate with me but.. But... he's always respected my boundaries. He's never pushed me for anything more than I was ready for. But you... you couldn't care less about anyone but yourself."
Caleb's smirk faltered for a moment, a flicker of something resembling guilt crossing his features before being replaced by his usual arrogance. "Why should I care? You're just another conquest to me."
Juliet's heart sank at his callous words, the weight of his betrayal crushing her spirit. "I trusted you, Caleb. I thought you were different. But you're just like all the others... selfish and cruel."
Caleb chuckled darkly, his eyes boring into hers with unnerving intensity. "Maybe so. But you can't deny that you wanted this, Juliet. Deep down, you wanted me just as much as I wanted you."
Juliet shook her head in disbelief, her voice barely above a whisper. "No... I never wanted this. I never wanted you."
Caleb's grin widened, his gaze lingering on her with unsettling satisfaction. "Maybe not now. But you will. You'll see, Juliet. You'll come crawling back to me, begging for more."
Juliet's mind reeled with disbelief as Caleb's words hit her like a sledgehammer. How could he possibly know about her innermost thoughts and desires? Her confusion was palpable as she struggled to make sense of his claims.
"How... how do you know about that?" Juliet's voice wavered with uncertainty, her eyes wide with shock as she searched Caleb's face for any sign of deception.
Caleb's grin widened into a wicked smirk, his eyes glittering with malice. "Oh, Juliet, my dear. You really think I don't know what goes on in that innocent little head of yours?"
Juliet's heart pounded in her chest as she recoiled from Caleb's words, her mind racing with fear and confusion. How could he possibly know about her plans to break her family's strict rule? And how did he know about her fantasies of intimacy with Daniel?
"You... you're lying," Juliet stammered, her voice trembling with doubt. "You can't possibly know what I've been thinking."
But Caleb's laughter cut through her protests like a knife, sending shivers down her spine. "Oh, but I do, Juliet. I know everything about you. Your desires, your fears, your darkest secrets."
Juliet's breath caught in her throat as she struggled to comprehend Caleb's words. How could he have such power over her, knowing her innermost thoughts and desires?
Caleb leaned in closer, his breath hot against her ear as he whispered, his voice dripping with malice. "I know about the alcohol you drank tonight, Juliet. I know about the way you imagined this night ending in the arms of your lover."
Juliet's eyes widened in shock as Caleb's words hit her like a ton of bricks. How could he possibly know about her secret fantasies, her hidden desires?
"How... how did you know?" Juliet's voice was barely a whisper, her mind reeling with disbelief.
Caleb's grin widened into a predatory smirk as he leaned back, his gaze locking onto hers with unnerving intensity. "Let's just say, Juliet, that I have my ways. And now that I know your deepest, darkest secrets, there's no escaping me."
Juliet's thoughts were a swirling tempest of confusion and fear. As she grappled with the shock of Caleb's betrayal, a nagging question gnawed at her mind: why? Why would Caleb, the heir to the prestigious Danvers family and a man whose wealth and charm could have any woman he desired, choose to defile her, his own brother's fiancée?
The puzzle of Caleb's motives loomed large in Juliet's mind, casting a shadow over her already tumultuous emotions. She couldn't fathom why he would risk everything for a fleeting moment of pleasure with her when he had the world at his fingertips.
"Was it simply a game to him? A twisted display of power and dominance over me and his brother?" She asks as she clings tightly onto the sheets.
