What Xina had done must have driven Gaia into a rage, and she was fully aware of it. After all, who wouldn’t be furious at being treated with such casual disregard? Yet, Gaia had no one to blame but herself. If she truly wanted a civil conversation, she shouldn’t hurl insults at every opportunity she got.
Mary and Ann couldn’t help but laugh, finding Xina’s antics amusing. Even though it was childish for their Luna to engage in such petty back-and-forths with Gaia, they were firmly in her corner, cheering her on.
"Stop! Don’t hang up!" Gaia’s voice finally broke through, pleading on the fourth round of Xina cutting off and then answering the call again.
