"Are you ready sir?" She asked in a business-like manner. "Yes," Michael answered. He hands over his briefcase to her. And they both headed out of the office with Stephen. When they reached the landing, Stephen offered to see them to the airport but Michael told him to go home and rest, he knew he must be exhausted from work. They had worked for two days almost without a break. With a handshake, they parted. Minutes later, he was on his way to the airport with his assistant and chauffeur, and an hour later their plane took off. Relaxing into his seat, he let a satisfied smile play across his face while he brought out the ring, he d been keeping with him for the past forty-eight hours. He was on his way to meeting Mitchell. There are unfinished businesses he has to attend to. He soon realized he can t spend another day away from her. The past forty-eight hours have been great torture for him. He tried calling her but couldn t reach her. He wished he had tol
