Chapter 3 "Marry Me!"
When Natalie woke up, it was dawn and the rain had stopped.
Where was she?
She was startled by the strange room and sat up abruptly.
She found herself naked.
It was over!
Last night, could it be that...
When she was lost in thoughts, the door was opened and a familiar figure came in.
"Mr... Mr. Hussain?!" Natalie was shocked.
Why was he here?
Wait!
It looked familiar here. It seemed to be his home.
She had been here several times, just to help getting things for him!
With long face, Kenneth folded his arms over his chest.
What happened?
It was her who suffered losses after the sex. She hadn't said anything yet, but he actually pull a long face in front of her?
He just had some money! Did he really think he was something?
"Scum!"
"You took the initiative."
They spoke at the same time.
Kenneth's face darkened. He knew this would happen.
"I took the initiative?" Natalie couldn't believe it.
Kenneth took out his phone, found the recording, threw it on the bed and played it to her.
Natalie couldn't believe it was her own voice!!
She even boldly asked Kenneth to change to another posture.
OMG!
"How to solve it?" Kenneth asked coldly.
"Let's just forget it." Natalie was very upset.
If she asked for money, it seemed as if she had been planning for a long time.
But she really didn't have that intention.
She only hoped that Kenneth wouldn't get her wrong.
Kenneth replied coldly, "No way."
Natalie froze, "I won't tell anyone about this."
Not a word would be revealed.
"You've been working for me for two years, so you know that my half-brother has been against me. I don't want him to get something on me." Kenneth's eyes were sharp as he said that.
Natalie got it. He didn't trust her.
"Mr. Hussain, what do you think we should do?" Natalie accepted the bad luck.
If Kenneth sent her packing, she could do nothing about it.
Kenneth replied in a cold voice, "Marry me. In that case, even if he makes a fuss about this matter, we don't have to worry."
Marry him? !
Natalie thought she had misheard, "Mr. Hussain, are you talking about marriage? Marry me?"
"Yes, marry you." Seeing that she couldn't accept it, he was upset. He narrowed his eyes coldly and uttered, "Marry me or die? It depends on you."
"Marry! I'll marry you!" Natalie wanted to cry but had no tears. Did it depend on her?
He was threatening her!
Blatantly!
"Good. Get dressed and go home to get the household registration book. I have already made an appointment with the Civil Affairs Bureau."
"Are we in such a hurry?" Natalie was surprised.
"I don't like threats in my life. It's better to settle the matter early." Kenneth narrowed his eyes and asked, "Or do you want this matter be used by my half-brother?"
Natalie suddenly felt a chill.
"Mr. Hussain, I have a request." Natalie said awkwardly.
"Tell me." Kenneth was expressionless.
"After we get married, I have to go to work. And I don't want anyone to know about our relationship, including those closest to us."
"You want to keep our marriage a secret?" Kenneth paused for a while in disbelief, his eyes sharp.
Natalie nodded.
She wasn't interested in being the wife of the president.
"Mr. Hussain, this is an accident. After you completely kick your half-brother out of the family, our affair will be no threat to you. Then, you can get a divorce. Therefore, the less people know, the better. Don't you think so?"
Kenneth snorted coldly, "It's quite good, and it's convenient for you to look for the next target as your husband."
"Of course." Natalie subconsciously replied.
But she was also serious.
After all, it was impossible for her and Kenneth to be together forever.
It was not that she felt inferior, but that their status, experience and three views were not suitable.
If they were together grudgingly, they would hate each other in the future.
She would rather be alone all her life than living with a person who didn't love her.
Kenneth's face darkened. He looked so oppressive that Natalie flustered.
Natalie blinked innocently. She didn't say anything wrong. Why did he look so angry?
Did she say what was on his mind?
"What? Do you think I'm not good enough for you?" Kenneth asked.
"Mr. Hussain, you must be kidding. I'm not good enough for you." Natalie said carefully, "I don't believe in love. Now I only want prosperity and wealth, instead of true feelings. With your identity and status, you need a woman who loves you."
She must say so because she couldn't lose her job.
"By implication, you don't like me, right?" Kenneth looked at Natalie meaningfully.
Natalie nodded. "No."
"That's the best. Without feelings, I can rest assured, so as not to pester me in the future."
Natalie didn't say anything.
She wouldn't pester him.
"Get dressed." Kenneth said.
"You go out for a while." Natalie sat up sheepishly.
Even if they had had sex, it didn't mean she could be naked in front of him when she was sober.
"Troublesome." Kenneth turned around and left the room.
Natalie fell straight onto the bed as the door closed.
OMG!
She couldn't believe she slept with her president.
And he would marry her.
However, instead of being excited or happy, she was very scared.
Because it meant that there would be many troubles in the future.
Fortunately, she was clever enough to ask him to keep the marriage a secret. Otherwise, she would become the target of many people.
After all, Kenneth was the prince charming of all the famous ladies in Murkwell.
Once the news got out, she might be killed.
Therefore, she prayed sincerely that Kenneth would get rid of his half-brother as soon as possible.
So that she could get a divorce.
After doing a good job in psychological construction, Natalie got up and saw pieces of clothes all over the floor with embarrassment.
She had no clothes to wear!
"The new clothes are in the bathroom." Kenneth's deep and magnetic voice came from outside the door.
Natalie was appalled. "Do you have x-ray vision?"
Kenneth was rendered speechless.
Natalie walked into the bathroom. She looked around to see if there was a camera.
She didn't start washing until she was sure there wasn't.
Fifteen minutes later.
Natalie came out of the room with clean clothes.
Kenneth sat at the round table in front of the floor-to-ceiling window, dressed in a suit and tie. He held a magazine in both hands and crossed his long slender legs. He wore a pair of metal frame glasses. Occasionally, he raised his hand, picked up the cup of coffee on the table and took a sip, looking noble and elegant.
The whole picture was very pleasing to the eye.
Natalie walked over. There was a breakfast on the round table.
She sat down, picked up the knife and fork and began to eat.
Taking a glance at her, Kenneth asked, "Haven't you ever thought that it wasn't for you?"
"You don't like bacon. How can it be yours?" Natalie was confident.
Well.
She was his secretary.
Her first day of employment was to know all his habits.
Kenneth's cold face looked better and warmer.
