"I was thinking about how you would probably need my help. That's why I came," Adrian said sheepishly.  God knew how much he didn't want to stay a minute longer in the party. He couldn't stand the flocks of women that were swarming around him. So, he made up some half-baked excuse to find a reason to head up there. "I think you're lying. You came over because you wanted to be away from all the socializing!" Adeline smiled and exposed his lies. Adrian smiled awkwardly and said, "Oops, you caught me. How did you even see through it in an instant?" "Chloe, it's getting late, we should head back soon. Go and change into your new clothes." Thinking of what Alan had told her just now, Adeline was still a little afraid to be in such a close proximity with him. She figured that it would be best if she kept her distance from him.  "Chloe, why do you need to change your clothes again? Didn't my brother send someone over and gave you a new set of clothes? Does the size not fit you?" Adrian asked
