I woke up early in the morning by a continuous knock on my door。 I slowly stand up and walk into the door and open it。 A girl who wears a maid’s clothes it this pack smile at me politely。 “Good morning， Lady Adellee， I am Carrie and I will be your personal maid while you“re staying here。 I came here to tell you that second beta Connor wants to inform you the he is expecting you at the training field today。“ She said bowing slightly to me。 “Don“t do that。“ I said。 “Don“t do what Lady？“ She asked looked frighten。 “Don“t bow your head to me， I feel like I“m living in 500 century and short shower and change into sport short and sports bra。 I know it“s hot outside， I want to try to have a tan skin since I am so white compare to the people here。 I jogged my ways to the training field until I stop beside a very shocked Connor。 I clear my throat that bring his sense back。 My skin shines under the morning sun。 I came from SnowMoon and its natural to have a smooth white skin。 “Wow Lady Adellee， I didn“t expect how sexy you are by those clothes。“ He said smirking at me。 He being tall and cocky make me laugh。 “So？ What will you teach me today？“ I asked。 He smiles and his facial expression changed into a serious one。 “For starter like you， since you can“t shift into your wolf， I want to see how strong and fast you are。 Mark！“ He shouted。 One of the men come to us。 today。 We will test your strength， ability and how fast you are。“ He explained。 Mark smiled at me。 “I“m not going to be easy on you Lady Adellee。“ He said。 “I wish to fight a man， not a baby。“ I said。 He laughs at me while follow Connor in the sparing ring。 “The only rule here is， no shifting。 This is to be fair with Lady Adellee。 You can“t use your claws to Mark。“ Connor said。 “I“ll be watching you guys。“ He said。 “Don“t worry about me big guy。 I“m very used to this。“ I said smirking at him。 Though he“s not saying it， he“s afraid that they may hurt me。 They are wrong if they think that my father spoon feed me in training。 My Dad teach me everything he knows in combat。 He kicks my ass many times that I almost question him if I“m his daughter。 “Give me a good fight Mark。“ Without any words， Mark attacked me。 He punches me in the right shoulder but I dodge it。 We exchange punches but he can“t hit me in the right places the he aims。 I caught his right arm and twist it。 I hear some bone cracking and I smirk。 He steps backwards and caught himself before he fell on the ground。 “Mark， don“t play baby now。“ I said。 He stands up and attack me again。 He kicks and punch me but I dodge it all。 “Is that all you can Mark？“ I said playing him。 I kick his leg and he fell again。 I stop and look around。 Everyone stops on their tracks and watch us。 I look back to Mark I can“t lose my focus。 He stands up and for a moment he partially shift into his wolf form。 His claws extended and canines showing。 I“m not surprised in this， I am ready。 “Mark！“ Connor shouted。 But Mark is too focus in me and his ego that I crack。 He moves so fast and claw my arm， I didn“t move and let his claw touches my skin。 I want to know what will Connor“s reaction。 Blood is now flowing in my right arm but I ignore it。 I can heal it on my own。 I focus on Mark and I do the spinning kick that hit him in the head。 He fell again but now I jump into his back and hold his neck。 “Give up and I let you go。“ I said。 He pushes me but I punch both his arms and shoulder and hold his neck again。 “Give up！“ I shouted。 “I-I give up。“ He said catching his breath when I let go of him。 Connor smile at me。 He gestures the front door of the pack house。 There is Jaxson and the devil in disguise watching me。 He looks at me amused。 I just glared at him and help Mark to stand up。 I patted his back and the crowd cheered for us。 I smile to him while they keep saying that it“s a good fight。 “That“s not bad at all。“ Connor said。 “Yes， not bad。“ I said。 “I can see that you are well trained in your pack。 You“re fast and strong。“ He said。 “Perks of having an Alpha father。“ I said。 “I think you better stitch those wounds。“ He said looking into my arms。 “I“m a healer， don“t worry about it。“ I said。 “Okay。 That“s for today， I think Alpha Kayden have fun watching you。“ He said giving me a bottle of water。 “I don“t want to think about it。 He doesn“t talk to me about anything。 Even this stupid arrangement。 myself。 I return to my room and take a long refreshing shower until Carrie bring me food for breakfast and told me that Kayden want to talk to me in his office before lunch。 What does he want now？
