Rosalie stood at the entrance of the family house as she watched Lance and Roxanne walk towards their car. She stayed with a smile on her face and bade them farewell with a wave. Only when they had stepped into the car and driven away did she allow the smile in her lips to fade away. The past was catching up, she thought and frowned, causing wrinkles to paint her delicate skin. Her thought was interrupted as Louis suddenly showed up behind her. "Are they gone?"
