Jeremiah had just finished school, and the driver was a bit later than usual today. Next to him, Max chattered away, "Does your driver pick you up every day?"
"Otherwise?" Jeremiah replied, unimpressed.
Max looked smug and said, "My family members pick me up daily. Great-grandpa said he wants me to feel the whole family's love."
Then, he lowered his voice dramatically, "Do you know who's picking me up today?"
"Who?"
Jeremiah wasn't curious but asked along anyway, knowing Max would continue otherwise.
"It's my grandma," Max said proudly.
Jeremiah didn't think much of it. Elsa wasn't even his real grandmother, so what was there to be excited about?
As he was pondering this, Elsa's car arrived. It was an ostentatious presidential limousine. Elsa, dressed exquisitely in a dress and high heels, still exuded charm with every movement despite being in her fifties.
