Despite being reluctant, Hazel nodded obediently because she didn’t dare to disobey Regan.
Holding her hand, Regan brought her to the pavilion nearby for lunch, where her favorite food had been prepared.
However, Hazel asked Regan softly, “How about the children? There’s too much food here and I can’t finish them. How about I share with them?”
“Don’t worry, I’ve prepared their share as well. Just eat anything you want, dear,” Regan coaxed her.
Hearing this, Hazel finally started eating.
Although Regan was now feeding her a bowl of seafood porridge, she didn’t focus on it at all and kept telling him all the interesting things that had just happened. Besides, she even remembered all of the children’s names.
While listening to her attentively, Regan didn’t stop feeding her too.
