Russell rubbed his temples. "Yeah, the project has gone sideways. I'm trying to find a way to salvage it."
"Remember that financing contact I mentioned? I've set up a meeting for tomorrow."
Russell perked up. "Seriously? Thank you! But…"

"I heard from Ms. Livingston, Mr. Butterfield's secretary, that he's trying to bring Aaron back as a consultant. Is the company really falling apart without him?"
Joseph went silent for a moment. "Well, Mr. Butterfield definitely wants him back. After all, Mr. Butterfield has gotten used to not lifting a finger these past few years. But if Aaron does come back, your position…"
Hearing that, Russell's heart sank. "That won't happen. Esther promised me she'd convince her father to invest in Stringer Group."
"Did she? Then I hope she keeps her word. By the way, I heard the Butterfields have been talking to Upton Group. It seems like something big."
