Nina pushed against Shane's chest with her hands. She whined, "Don't… Shane…" They were at the hospital! However, Shane had never accepted her refusal before. Feeling hopeless, Nina shut her eyes and silently endured everything that he was doing to her. Eventually, she passed out. By the time she woke up, she was already in the car on the way back to the Lawson residence. When they got home, Abigail was already sitting in the living room. She kept looking over to the main entrance. When she saw that Nina had returned, she let out a huge sigh of relief. "I never expected you to lie to my face, Nina." Abigail sounded disappointed. She looked exhausted, too. "You've always been a considerate person. It's all my fault you turned out this way." "I'm sorry, Mom. It's all my fault." Nina had no excuses for what she did. All she could do was lower her head and apologize. She kept her eyes on her feet, not daring to look at Abigail's expression. Seeing Nina like this, Abigail could n
