Chapter 25 Wronged
I walked up to the bed and looked down at Elsa with a meaningful gaze. "What's wrong? You're bold enough to tamper with the juice, yet you don't have the courage to admit to it?"
It was time to tear away her mask of false innocence.
Elsa met my gaze with a flash of panic, but she quickly covered it up with a weak fake smile. "What are you talking about, Jane? I don't understand."
Still playing dumb, huh? A cold glint flashed in my eyes. "Fine. Let me make it clear to you. That glass of juice—"
Before I could expose the truth, Elsa cut me off and said, "I juiced overripe fruits, and that's why I got a stomach ache."
