Sebastian flicked his finger lightly, and with a crash, the wine bottle shattered as if it had been struck by a bullet. Then, he slapped Lyra across the face. Still feeling unsatisfied, he slapped her again and again. Lyra was bewildered by the blows. Dizzy and seeing stars, she fell to the ground. Once considered a beauty, her face was now swollen and bruised. Blood was trickling from her mouth, and several of her teeth were knocked out. "Get out of here now! If you don't, I'll kill you!"
