"What do you mean?" Ancarrot asked calmly. "No one knows whether tomorrow or an accident will come first. If I accept Miss Lousa's IOU and then she suddenly disappears, who should I ask for compensation? So, I don't need an IOU, I just need the money."
Lousa tugged at Morris's arm, looking worried. "What should we do, Morris?"
